Open tenders are those marked Assessing, Go or Submitted. Won, Lost and No-go tenders don't count towards the Solo limit. Full details are in the terms of service.
Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Choose a plan when you sign up and use everything for 7 days. A payment card is needed to start. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing; otherwise the subscription starts automatically. One free trial per company.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, an admin can change plan at any time in the tool. An upgrade, or an extra editor, is charged straight away for the rest of the month. A downgrade is credited against your next invoice.
What happens if I go over 10 open tenders on Solo?
You keep every tender you have, but you can't add or re-open one until you close some (Won, Lost or No-go) or move to Team.
How do I pay, and do I get invoices?
Payments are by card through Stripe, monthly in advance. Invoices and receipts are available from Account → Plan & billing in the tool, where you can also update your card.
How do I cancel?
From Account → Plan & billing in the tool. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Your data and documents stay available read-only for 180 days, so you can export them.
